He has managed P&L portfolios exceeding $180M, led teams of 375+ field personnel, and transformed companies from T&M to lump-sum contracting models.

U.S. Army Operations — Baghdad Managed site operations and 75 personnel for U.S. Government contracts in Victory Base Complex, Baghdad (2009–2011). Conducted safety drills, emergency readiness procedures, and worked with multinational teams in high-risk environments.
VP of Operations — $180M P&L Led operational review, KPI systems, and project controls across 6 business segments at Expanse Electrical Co. Built the Project Management & Controls System and reduced Order-to-Cash from 105 to 75 days.

Dani Rose is AYKEE's on-the-ground leader in the Philippines — directly managing every remote team member, ensuring quality deliverables, and serving as the bridge between U.S. clients and their dedicated professionals. With experience at Accenture, Infosys BPM, and Asticom before leading the remote Philippines team at Expanse Electrical LLC since 2023, she brings battle-tested operational discipline to every engagement. She currently manages multiple U.S. client accounts simultaneously while keeping the entire AYKEE team aligned and on track.

Philippines Remote Team Leader — Since 2023 Has led the Admin Philippines Remote team at Expanse Electrical LLC since 2023 — building SOPs, implementing process improvements, and managing Excel reporting and automation workflows for U.S. operations.
